An elevated stack that protrudes to atmosphere from oil or gas production unit where combustion and release of wastage gas take place is known as flare stack. Wastage gas flow through stack piping and towards the end it’s lit to be flamed out.
It is necessary to ensure a stable flame during the operation, otherwise flame might ingress back into the flare stack.
Also, the stack should be maintained at an optimum height so that operators on the ground would be free from heat exposure.
Flare stacks available from our end will be strictly adhering to safety guidelines prescribed by API specifications.
