Hydrostatic pressure testing
All the vessels, valves, tubing and piping used in rigor borewell equipment must be hydrostatically tested at rated pressure plus a safety factor, according to the specifications of ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers). These parts that are central to well-bore machines and rigs- basically drilling machines that penetrate to ground for unearthing the underground resources. Failure of these parts in enduring the rigorous pressure exerted by the ground as well as from the resource may cause a blowout.
And for these parts, pressure test records are required both at the time of manufacture and during maintenance. We provide ideal equipment for testing the pressure assuring the safety of related equipment, crew, and the environment.
